Lake Lanier Farm & Dairy

We are a “Grade A” dairy goat farm and one of the smallest dairy manufacturing plants in the state of Georgia. We make small batch goat cheese the old fashioned way: by hand from happy, healthy, Nigerian Dwarf goats. Our farm’s first focus is on happy, healthy goats. Our goats are fed non-GMO, Organic feed and have full access to fresh air, fresh pastures and hay. Milk and cheese production is dictated by what is best for the goats. To maintain a healthy herd we give the “goat girls” a break before starting again with another breeding and milking season. Just like your favorite fresh produce our cheese, “Lake Lanier Goat Cheese” is seasonal.
