Our Chow Chow is made just like Mom made it…one batch at a time, chopping the individual ingredients (green tomatoes, cabbage, bell peppers, onions, cayenne pepper, vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds and salt), and cooking and canning it. It is not made in mass production. It is great on turnip green, fried okra, hamburgers, hotdogs, soup beans, pita bread with hummus, and sandwiches.
