Cut from the Chuck sub-primal, the Denver steak (a.k.a. Underblade Steak) is very juicy and well-marbled with a rich, beefy flavor much like a boneless short rib. Best prepared by grilling or sautee, and great for a stir-fry.

The beef is sourced from local farms with a commitment to humane raising standards. Animals are free to roam the land and graze contently on open pastures, never in feedlots, and enjoy a nutritious, pure diet of grasses, legumes, and forbs with no corn or other grains.
