Our dark barrel aged balsamic vinegar is a tribute to the artisanal food maker’s art. Thick like syrup with a beautiful dark color, the true experience is in the first taste.

Best uses – A near perfect balance of sweet and tart that plays wonderfully with almost any other flavors in which is it used to enhance, especially olive oil. Drizzle over hard and soft cheeses, meat, fish, and roasted vegetables. Drizzle over ice cream and fresh fruit for a sensory dessert experience.
