Description
Marsh Hen Mill. Our Middlins consist of broken and smaller pieces of Carolina Rice that are produced during the hulling and processing of our Carolina Gold Rice. Traditionally middlins have been used in dishes such as purloo, and various “bogs”. They have all the flavor and pedigree of Carolina Gold, but they cook a little quicker and are favored for recipes where they will be incorporated more than being served as a stand-alone side.
