Spatchcock Chicken, butterflying the chicken by removing the backbone, cooks in about half the time of roasted chicken. This style of cooking chicken also increases the surface area and cooks more evenly; great for cast iron cooking and grilling.

We exclusively source our chicken from Springer Mountain Farms in Georgia. Why? Because it’s All-Natural, Hormone Free, Antibiotic Free, and best of all, it tastes delicious! Springer Mountain Farms chicken is juicy and flavorful and is our favorite chicken.
