Cinnamon Cucumbers also call the “Christmas Pickle” tasted a lot like a Apple Rings. This is a very labor intensive pickle but is well worth it. It contains cucumbers, pickling lime, white vinegar, cinnamon red hot candies, red food coloring, alum, sugar, and cinnamon sticks. They are great to eat straight out of the jar! But also taste great with vegetables, on an antipasto tray or pickle platter.
