Our Duck Bone Truffle Flavored Broth is great as a solo performer but it really shines when accompanying sauces, stews, and gravies.

We slowly simmer this culinary concert of a broth for 18 hours, the perfect time for maximum nutrient extraction and flavor. Through extensive testing (and slurping), we discovered that cooking for more than 18 hours does not increase the amount of protein to any substantial degree and creates a more bitter broth.
