So now you can literally eat like a royalty simply by enjoying this delicious Pasture Raised Goose Fat. Goose Fat is milder than Duck Fat but carries a distinct flavor profile that will up the quality of any of your dishes. Like duck fat you can confit, saute, bake, roast, baste, pan fry, deep fry, stew, etc. Raised outdoors in South Dakota and free to roam. These are happy geese and it shows in the flavor. Please note that the labels on the Goose Fat will not say pasture-raised as the farm itself did not send the money to get a pasture-raised certificate, however as they are indeed raised on pasture and free to roam and graze and they wish.
